NoMachine Setup

Connect to the SER-CAT data collection computer with NoMachine and start SERGUI.

Note: The data collection computer has a new IP address: 164.54.208.73. Update any connection you saved before.

Connect to the data collection computer

  1. Open the NoMachine client and click Add.
  2. Name the connection and enter host 164.54.208.73.
  3. Select protocol SSH, port 22.
  4. Open the connection and log in with your SER-CAT login and password.
  5. Click Create, then Create a new virtual desktop. Keep the default settings.
  6. Click OK on any messages that appear.
  7. Click Activities (top left), open a terminal, and type sergui.

Tips

  • Locked screen (blue): Press Enter and type your password.
  • Screen too small: Right-click the desktop → Display Settings → change the resolution → Apply.
  • Data processing: Connect the same way to 164.54.208.23 or 164.54.208.93. See Data Processing.
